Been wanting to do this forever, and finally got to it... I would actually and really wear this look out.
The color block lips - I think it is possible to make it wearable.. like I did here. Keep both the shades equally bright, but complimenting. You don't want a pale nude with a bright red. And if halfway through you feel self-conscious about the two different colors, purse your lips together, and you get a new color that looks equally great.
Kept the eyes simple but rather defined, and rest of the face very clean and fresh.

Lips: Estee Lauder Wild Fire [bright orangey red], Chanel Rouge Allure Super [bright pink]
Cheeks: Tarte Amazonian Clay Tipsy
Eyes: UDPP, MAC Dazzlelights, Two Faced Eyeshadow Palette Socialite [coppery brown] used all over the lids up to the crease
Liners & Mascara: MUFE Aqua Liner No12, Anna Sui Perfect Mascara on lower lids
The Chanel color is very much washed out in the pictures.
