Just a quick swatch entry... I soaked off my Gelish manicure, and finally am able to play around with my recent nail polish purchases... so expect a few swatch entries this week...starting with the Essie Cocktail Bling collection. (You can purchase this collection from Nail Vibe).
I have mentioned in my previous entry on this collection... the colors aren't unique (as you can see later with the comparison swatches), but I am blown away by the formula. You can't go wrong with the buttery smooth consistency, all the shades are high-gloss, opaque and just perfect.
Now I can't wait for the upcoming Essie Luxe Effects Collection --- swatches and review link here!

My fave for this is Brooch the Subject!
Another nude....but I love all nude shades. They are my weakness.

Dupe Alert!
Deborah Lippmann Fashion [3 coats] vs Essie Brooch the Subject [2 coats]
99% similar. The Essie shade is creamier and more opaque.

Comparisons with other recent Essie nudes
All totally different, in my opinion.

Cocktail Bling
Kinda looks like Illamasqua's DWS...milky creamy grey - though I didn't swatch them side by side.
I guess they might be a 90% dupe.

Bangle Jangle
(way better than Essie's Lilacism)

Size Matters
Gorgeous red with a cool toned almost kinda raspberry kind of undertone. It's hard to explain. It's a red without any orangey warm undertones... you will see what I mean in the comparison swatches.

And lastly,
Bobbing for Baubles
'interesting' black, well because it is not a black.
It's a deep dark bluish grey.
Totally reminds me of NARS Gallion...95% similar...with different undertones...but the color is so dark you can't really tell anyway.

That's all, and hope this is helpful!
