Hi hi! Am about to run a couple of errands out today, and I decided to play around with several products which I received and purchased during this past week. I will be posting haul/ swatches/ review entries in time to come. This is just what I came up with very quickly.
*highlighted products indicate that they are new/ given/ bought/ never been used
All products used:
Foundation: Leaders Clinic SPF50/ PA+++ Mild Sunscreen & Waterproof Makeup Base, Illamasqua Skinbase 4, La Mer Powder
** the skinbase is very thick and smooth. A little goes a long way, and I applied it using my fingers cos I really wanted to feel and test the texture and formula of the foundation. The shade 4 is a good match for me, which is a light neutral undertone shade. The finish is quite flawless after I set with powder. Shall update with longetivity and oil control issues by the time I post my haul entry.
Concealer: Sonia Kasuk Concealer Palette
Lips: YSL Rouge Pur Couture 17 Rose Dahlia [which I bought ages ago but never used nor even swatched, what was I thinking?!]
Cheeks: Illamasqua Rumor to contour, Illamasqua Writhe bronzer used as blush [bought this about a month back but only properly used it today]
Eyes: UDPP, Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color VI305 Purple Dawn, Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Intense #13 Black used as liner, highlight color on the browbone is from WetNWild walking on eggshells lightest shade.
Mascara: Anna Sui Perfect Mascara used on lower lashes (love the formula of this mascara, lengthening and volume too)
** I blended the Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color using my Real Techniques eyeshadow brush. Works amazingly to apply and blend smoothly. I did not use any other eyeshadow to set this cream product. It is gorgeous. I also dabbed some Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color WT901 Mist on the lids when I was done.
