You might have heard, or also received notifications that Robinsons is having 20% off for OCBC Robinson cardholders, and I think some 7% GST absorption, and also 5% rebates or something... I ain't no Robinsons cardmember, but the sister is, and so there we go. There are brands which have their own 20% counterwide discount, but everything (I think, is 20% off). Anyway... the point is, this is great time to stock up on my Clarins skincare --- and by the time the next 20% comes about, I would have new things to stock up on.
The promotion period is valid from 2 - 4 March 2011.
There were items which my sister got for herself, she got the facial massage oil for her dry skin, and also she is loving the hydrafresh powder foundation (which I have featured before, but I gave them to her, as she is more a regular powder foundation user) so she bought backups of the refills. I also got my bro the Clarins Men foaming gel cleanser --- all of which are not pictured here -- because they aren't mine! :)
Let's look at what I got, and how they will fit into my current skin routine --- and I do need to review them soon, as I am using almost the entire Clarins White Plus range currently. I was there before the post work crowd got there, and had time to chat with the BA and got her to put things aside for me when the sister arrives to choose her items and make payment.
All prices here are before discount.
White Plus HP Pearl-to-Cream Brightening Cleanser 125ml S$52
Perfectly cleanses skin and eliminates all traces of impurities and pollution. Purifies and tightens pores.
* I intend to use this cleanser as part of my current rotation, maybe 3 - 4 times a week.

White Plus HP Whitening Pure Aqua-Lotion 200ml S$65
Brightens the complexion and evens skin tone. Purifies and tightens pores, refines skin texture. Restores the skin's transparent rosy glow.
* i intend to use this twice a day, because my current toner from the same range is the exfoliating toner, and I ain't supposed to use it everyday, so will be using the twice a week instead.

Defining Eye Lift 15ml S$70
Reduces Puffiness, Opens the Eyes
* I intend to use this as a pre eye serum, followed by my eye cream from Bioderma.

Shaping Facial Lift 50ml S$98
A Lipo-drain serum. I have featured and reviewed this before. This is my fourth bottle. I feel weird if I don't use this serum, the smell and the light texture totally suck me in! I use this serum before any other serums.

White Plus HP Intensive Whitening Smoothing Serum 30ml S$130
Ensures reinforced control of pigmentation. Minimises dark spots, and prevents their re-appearance. Firms facial features, smoothes away fine lines. Restores the skin's transparent rosy glow.
* I am quite excited to use this... and will only be using this at night.

I will do an updated skincare routine showing all these products when I review my Clarins WP range of products. In short, I can say that I truly enjoy using these products, and they have helped me to lighten my spots, and even out overall skintone. In my review, I will point to specific products which I highly recommend.
Since I will be travelling a few days next week, I also took the opportunity to ask the BA for some samples of these products so I don't have to transfer into tiny jars, and can use these mini ones instead. Yay!! :)

And also, I am looking to replenish and purchase some new shampoo. I don't like my current shampoo now.. which is that Tsusaki one... it is just blah for my hair. i ended up being a Kiehl's member as a result of my purchase, and also got some goodies.

You might remember my Rave about the Formula 133 leave in conditioner, and I used up that 250ml ages ago, and so this time round, I bought the 500ml one, because it is a lot more worthwhile.
(250ml, $38, 500ml $58)
I highly recommend this conditioner!

The next one is a shampoo -- Rice & Wheat Voluminising Shampoo, in general, I like Kiehl's shampoos, such as their Olive fruit oil shampoo, Sunflower seed shampoo, but I was recommended this shampoo, and check out the description on the label, totally suckered me in. If I like this, I will rave and feature in a monthly fave entry soon. Again, the 500ml is totally more economical! And it smells amazing. :)
($41 for 250ml, $61 for 500ml)

I think if you spend $120 you are entitled to become their Friends club, where you accumulate points and all that stuff which I never bother to keep track of. Haha..and this being my birthday month, I will also get a voucher or something soon. And they gave me a cute eco-bag, kind of small, but cute nonetheless.

And again, I was feeling in a thick-skinned mood, and got some sample packs to use for next week. Oh well, I could have probably share haircare products with my gf cos I will be staying in her apartment in HK... but.. haha. I get to try out different stuff, and who knows, I would get them next time!
Some sachets of Olive Fruit shampoo, Sunflower shampoo, and Olive Fruit hair pak.

All in all, this is a happy and practical haul!
On a side note, I have been really super busy lately, no time for picture taking, no time for LOTDs etc etc... and there is a TON of stuff which I am so excited to share with you. That explains the lack of 'swatch', color, LOTD type entries. When weekends come along, it seems the past few weekends have been tied up with work, and by Sunday rolls about, I have to rush for the week ahead. Afternoons when I can take great pics in natural daylight have been consumed by the daily grind, and well, I hope *cross my fingers* tomorrow I will be able to post more stuff.
And I keep thinking of newly acquired products which I haven't have the chance to use (all my recent new blushes!! ) and sigh sigh sigh!
Meanwhile enjoy the random giveaways, and haul & product type entries of stuff which I don't actually have to swatch and show colors of -- cos they are just a matter of spreading the good news, great deals and all that good stuff!
Thanks for reading!
