Finally, Luxola.com has started and we have access to brands that were previously hard to get hold of, in Singapore. For example, Deborah Lipppmann nail polishes, DuWop, Face Atelier, Becca, etc... The best thing is, Luxola is based in Singapore, which means no crazy shipping charges, no long waitng periods for your purchases because everything is in stock on the site.
Shipping is free next day within Singapore (gosh, for once!), without any minimum spending required. And I placed my order last night, and I received my package this afternoon---- less than 24 hours. It seems to be hand-delivered, there is no postage box. Instead, you receive a paperbag with the chic Luxola name printed on it and the trademark Luxola colour scheme. When I met the Luxola team earlier in June, Cam whom I spoke to, assured me that Luxola is different from other blogshops/ online retailers because they position their site as a more up-market online cosmetic retailer. And I suppose this shows from the look of their site, their blog, and also in the packaging.
Currently, there is a 15% off if you enter LUXOLALAUNCH at checkout (think this code is valid til end October). I placed my order a little too soon, and so missed this code! Oh well. There is always a next time, no?
You can also follow Luxola on their Facebook, or twitter for more updates, and the team seems quite responsive, so you can also ask them questions, or give suggestions for brands to bring into Singapore.
shop at Luxola.com
The shopping experience has been pleasant this time... and I do wish and hope to see more brands being brought in, and also more product range available on the site.
I will show my little purchase in greater detail in another blog entry. Meanwhile, do check out Luxola.com :)
P/S: Nobody paid me, nor asked me to post this entry. Just sharing a lovely site which my fellow beauty connoisseurs can shop at. I placed my order and paid for my items like any regular customer would.

That's all and thanks for looking.
